Notice is hereby given of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Woodville Lacrosse Club

Meeting will be held at the clubrooms at Drummond Avenue, Findon on Monday 16th November 2020 at 7.00pm

At the meeting there will be an election of members of the committee and other roles, the details of which are in the attached document.

Please note that due to a new Constitution being considered at a Special General Meeting immediately prior to the AGM, it is requested that applications for positions be made under both the existing and new Constitution to ensure positions are filled regardless of the outcome of the vote for the new Constitution.

Please note that nominations will not be accepted from the floor on the night.
