Dear Lacrosse SA Board, Club Secretaries and LSA Life Members,

Lacrosse SA Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the Constitution of Lacrosse SA Clause 12©, 60 days’ notice is hereby given to call Members to the Annual General Meeting of Lacrosse SA.

The meeting will be held on Monday 14 December 2020, 7.00pm at the Lights Community and Sports Centre, 244 – 270 East Parkway (Corner Hampstead Road and East Parkway), Lightsview SA 5085.

Please see attached LSA Board nomination form**** Please note : Clause 12(d) LSA Constitution – Nominations for all positions becoming vacant at the Annual General Meeting and business for the agenda paper must be in the hands of the Executive Officer at least 28 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. A nomination for a position “from the floor” will only be accepted at an Annual General Meeting if no nomination was received for that position 28 days prior to the meeting date.
